Neither the Hotel, its owners, their agents, contractors or employees shall be held liable for any loss, damage, destruction, injury or death which may be caused to any person or the assets, property or any other item of equipment or the likes thereof which may occur as a result of any foreseen or unforeseen event or any act or omission on the part of the Company, its owners, their agents, contractors or employees.

Parking Policy
At this time, Pablo House has very limited parking. Where possible, we kindly request that you use alternative transport when visiting Pablo House or Dos Manos Restaurant as on street parking will not be permitted. We ask that all patrons inform their guests about this policy.

Restaurant Reservations & Seating Policies Cancellations – If you are unable to make your reservation, please notify Pablo House within 24hrs of the booking time

Reservation Relocation – Dos Manos Restaurant will hold your table for a maximum of 20 minutes after your reservation time, at which time we may release the table to other diners in the event of no show or late arrival.

Corkage & Cakage– Consumption of own brought food or beverage is not allowed unless pre authorised. Corkage Fees are as follows: Max 2 bottles of wine at R80 each or 1 Bottle of Bubbly at R150.

Table Allocation – Although we always strive to ensure you the table of your preference, we cannot guarantee this at all times.

Smoking Area – Our restaurant is a non-smoking area. However, guests are allowed to smoke at the outdoor patio area.

Children – Dos Manos requests diners who bring their children along to ensure that the children, act in the manner where they shall not disturb other diners in the restaurant.

Cancellations – If you are unable to make your reservation, please notify Pablo House within 24hrs of the booking time.

Decor – No additional decor may be brought into the restaurant without prior approval

Singing & Speeches – No loud speeches at the table or Happy Birthday songs requiring the music to be turned down or disturbing other patrons in the restaurant will be permitted.
