Our Promise To You

All Pablo House staff have been following strict lockdown protocols since 26 March, with several front of house staff living on the property. No staff have attended gatherings of more than 10 persons and all staff have temperatures and symptoms checked daily. Pablo House also has adapted their cleaning and sanitising routines for the highest standard of cleanliness, for more information, please see our website.

The Pablo House COVID-19 Response & cleaning protocols 

• The full Guesthouse has undergone a deep clean during the lockdown period
• All rooms are cleaned daily to the highest standard
• All linen and cushion covers are washed on hot temperatures with quality chemicals between guest check-ins
• In addition, all rooms are sanitised with an industrial ‘fogger’ to ensure all hard and porous surfaces are germ free
• Touch-free sanitisers are positioned in the common areas and back of house for guest & staff use
• All rooms have additional hand- sanitisers in place
• Room keys and TV remotes are sanitised with a UV sanitation chamber daily
• All ‘common’ surfaces are re-santized throughout the day and after every use
• Guests and their luggage will also be sanitised on check in
• Measures have been put in place to ensure social distancing in the common areas
• Temperatures of all guests and staff will be taken daily
• All kitchen staff wear face masks and visors as well as full PPE and follow the strictest protocols
• All staff uniforms are laundered on-site daily
